The Company

 

I.C.I. Ltd. was formed in 2001, and was established to service US based investors. We primarily worked on venture capital transactions, with three sides to the transaction:

 

  • Locating legitimate investment projects
  • Analysing the viability and return potential
  • Marketing the investment to potential and existing clients.

 

By early 2001 we had branched out into contract negotiations on behalf of third parties, and into corporate buy outs, using those venture capital ideals to acquire businesses, rather than jus investments. Our UK based sister company J.I.E.C. ltd. was formed in April 2001, when our Director moved the center of operations from Dallas, Texas, to London.

 

The ability to analyse a potential business start up, or buy out, became our core value, and so JIEC spawned our business development division in 2006. Realising that 70% of businesses fail in their first year of operating, we developed solutions for the SME market place, providing real business advice, and JIEC spawned "A.R.M. Your Clients" (Acquire, Retain & Maximise)

Sales Development:
Drawing on 14 years experience in setting up sales departments, and managing sales teams allows him to establish the sales needs of most companies very quickly, and create a working plan to develop and manage a team of any size to deliver the required program.

Business Development:
Having set up his own Venture Capital firm in the US, and then the UK, he is used to evaluating start ups and buy out opportunities from an investment perspective. This experience allows him to review any size companies from a venture capital perspective, examining the core processes, and the viability of the business. Once you know what is wrong, you can do something about it!

 

Contract and Sales Negotiation:

Our Director spent 5 years in Dallas selling Million Pound Investment Projects to Both Corporate and private High net worth individuals. From 2002 he has worked on various large projects. These projects have led him to negotiate directly with CEOs and Directors of large Corporate firms, as well as Senior ministers from foreign governments.

New Markets:
Drawing on a large international network of influential people and companies we are able to help companies expand into new international markets with the correct legal backing. He has over 10 years experience of drafting, negotiating, and closing contracts.
